Worst service department ever!I was given 4 free services with purchase of new jeep rubicon!you get what you pay for!it won't be back. They take 3 hours for oil change. They over filled my oil and give me ha with purchase of new jeep rubicon!you get what you pay for!it won't be back. They take 3 hours for oil change. They over filled my oil and give me hard time when I told them!today is will be draining my oil to proper leve!do not trust them! More

I began my search for a very specific Challenger at a different dealer and was dissatisfied. Having purchased an Outback at CVM for my wife (a positive experience), I decided to give them a call. Jon Su different dealer and was dissatisfied. Having purchased an Outback at CVM for my wife (a positive experience), I decided to give them a call. Jon Sundell and I began a lengthy process of finding me what I was looking for and was unusually conscientious in keeping me updated—something I GREATLY appreciated. There were several setbacks and delays, none of which had to do with CVM. Jon also worked very hard to offset these issues by finding me outstanding savings in rebates, helping to make an expensive (for me) and life-changing purchase almost easy to accomplish. All of the staff we worked with were helpful and easy to talk to and we greatly appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. It was actually essential given that both my wife and I were needed to sign paperwork. We brought all 4 of our dogs and multiple members of the staff visited with them and helped us. I’ve had a single service experience since my purchase and Doug Smith has been an excellent, capable representative who is also very conscientious in returning correspondence. It’s not often you feel this comfortable making such a large purchase but I would recommend CVM for either a Subaru or Dodge and I’m sure their Volkswagen staff is of the same caliber. More

I only had to have an oil change and annual vehicle inspection completed on my vehicle. I was also having some issues with one of my keyless entry keys, having to use my spare all the while. Doug Smith inspection completed on my vehicle. I was also having some issues with one of my keyless entry keys, having to use my spare all the while. Doug Smith set it all up for me, informing me also of a free rental car to add to my convenience. Upon arrival, service was prompt and friendly, everything you would hope it to be. The rental car was wonderful. The next day when I picked up my vehicle, I could tell it had been shined up for me, which I very much appreciated! Doug did some research on my key and showed me there was nothing wrong with it at all, just some technical info I did not know. I now know how to use it properly! He also saw that there were still some "spots" on my vehicle so he had it washed yet again! What service! Wanted your team to know that having someone like Doug is a true asset to CVM. Looking forward to dealing with him next time! Thanks again Doug! More
