Quick and Painless we discovered our Tacoma had a bad frame and called to see what would be involved in the repair/replacement. As the warranty had lapsed, (it was a '99 we discovered our Tacoma had a bad frame and called to see what would be involved in the repair/replacement. As the warranty had lapsed, (it was a '99 but in excellent shape aside from the frame) the repair costs were prohibitive and we decided it was time to say goodbye. We looked at several used vehicles and found a great little RAV4 that had just come in on trade and we decided we were going to take it. Doug got us a fair price on the Tacoma as a trade in sight unseen started the paperwork (this is all happening around 7PM). He had us return with the Tacoma the next morning, finish the paperwork and we were driving home in the RAV4 in less than 2hrs. THANK YOU! No hassle dealing with getting rid of the Tacoma, Financing saw a quick approval at a low rate (TJ was great) and we were back on the road in a "new" vehicle in less than 4 hrs total. Pretty AWESOME! More
