Doug Tosh was amazing. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. It took a little longer than expected for my vehicle to arrive, but it was well worth it! I am truly blessed that he was the one to help me purchase my first luxury vehicle. If you need a great salesman ask for Doug Tosh! The gentleman that helped me with the finance did a great job explaining all the blows and whistles about my financing. I wish I could remember his name but he was truly amazing and came to find me before I left to tell me about a rebate on my vehicle that he found out about after I was about to take off, which was another blessing in disguise for me and brought my payments to where I wanted them to be! Thank you Northside Lexus. It was an amazing experience! More

Beautiful showroom Customer service leaves much to be desired. You go into the show room and you tell them what you’re there for and they leave you standing there for 20 minutes until someone else comes desired.
