Was rushed into signing papers. Sign one contract then when I cam back to get car finance guy had 2 other contracts printed with different prices was confused.. Not happy with vehicle definitely don't see when I cam back to get car finance guy had 2 other contracts printed with different prices was confused.. Not happy with vehicle definitely don't seem worth the price..Saw vehicles on Acura site but at sister dealerships that I was really interested in but was told that if I get car from other store they can't work a good deal.. Seem like once you sign there's no recourse even if vehicle is not in good condition. Was stressed about not having vehicle now I feel stuck and more stressed with worry of vehicle breaking down More

The Service Department was outstanding. However, I was The Service Department was outstanding. However, I was 99.9% sure I pre-paid for my first service and when I showed up it was not in the system. The service manager kindly walked me to the finance manager I originally dealt with who was impolite and completely unprofessional (rude). It is because of this that I will probably look to other Acura or possibly Honda dealership to service the car in the future. I was given an additional key for my new vehicle however, the year has a tag which indicates that the key belongs to another vehicle made in 2018. My vehicle is a 2017. After several tries, the key does no the year has a tag which indicates that the key belongs to another vehicle made in 2018. My vehicle is a 2017. After several tries, the key does not work on my vehicle. Obviously the key belongs to someone else. So, I only have one key. Not good and not happy. More
