This dealership is horrendous. Worst service I’ve had in any form of business. Do NOT give them any business. Brought my brand new lease (2 weeks old) in for a fix over a month ago. Zero updates or contact from Dana Ford. Each time I called was just told I was waiting for one part to come in. When the part finally came in they then only began doing the rest of the work to the vehicle—adding more days to the already over 34 my car had been there. No offer of help compensation or guidance at all. Zero customer service help. Will be speaking to the BBB. More

For weeks he strung me along as if Dana Ford was going to make things right. It was another stroke job from the shadiest dealer in NY. Don’t make the mistake I made. Find your car elsewhere. These clowns should not be in business. I will continue to tell anyone who will listen on how Dana ford treats it customers. Don’t judge them on their good reviews…judge them on their bad ones. They don’t make the cars…they sell them. If theater going to take peoples money then they should stand by what they sell. Worst stealership ever!! More

Worst dealership in the country have yet to get my deposit back after they sold the car that I personally ordered and had to wait for 6 months to come in. As soon as the car came in they sold it to so deposit back after they sold the car that I personally ordered and had to wait for 6 months to come in. As soon as the car came in they sold it to some one when it wasn’t theirs to sell. When I spoke to this guy he stated well someone already put a deposit on this car as I replied yes correct that someone was me and if you accepted a deposit from someone else you need to tell them that this car isn’t their and you will have to find them another vehicle as I put a deposit down 6 months ago and special ordered the car. To which his response was the car is sold I can sell you another one but it’s going to be more expensive. Complete waste of time dealing with these people most dishonest people I have ever met. If you want to go to a reliable place go to Stevens 112 Ford they do not give you the run around and are straight up with you on everything!!! More
