Service and Sales Went in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Angie checked in my vehicle and gave me a wait time of over an hour Just to get my vehicle in (rid Went in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Angie checked in my vehicle and gave me a wait time of over an hour Just to get my vehicle in (ridiculous for oil changes). Turns out the tire gauge the guy was using didn’t work properly, but either didn’t notice or just didn’t care, but allowed me to leave with tires 6 psi under what my tires needed. Had to come back 5days later when tire sensors wouldn’t go off. Anyway, I decided to check out the new Edges while I waited, worked with Doug. It’s not the fact that I need a new vehicle. I could drive mine for many more years. I’m just wanting one, so I can be patient in waiting for them to come up with the price I’m wanting. My car’s paid for. I’m not the one struggling to get cars off the lot. Anyway, needless to say, we couldn’t agree on a price and they refused to come down on price and nor go up on my Edge trade-in. I’m pursuing other dealerships in St. Louis and Kansas City. They could of had a deal, but lost it over a few grand. They just had to come a few more on a car that’s been there since Dec of 18. By the way Doug had great personality and friendly to work with. That manager guy seemed like he had something up his ***. No since of human kindness in that guy whatsoever. Not sure how someone with that type of personality got into a position that needs a customer friendly appearance. If he was my salesman, I’d walk out that door immediately. More
