Looking for a car online I was looking for a used Toyota Highlander or a Honda Pilot. I had a trade in as well. I tried our local Toyota dealer but it is still closed for repa I was looking for a used Toyota Highlander or a Honda Pilot. I had a trade in as well. I tried our local Toyota dealer but it is still closed for repair. The Honda dealer only had a couple of Pilots that I didn’t care for. So I went online to look. After days of looking and research I put it out online I was looking and I must have pushed Ford Edge as a selection. A salesman from Joe Machens Ford calls. I told him my mistake and he asked what I wanted. I told him and he said he could look at the Columbia Toyota store and check for a Pilot. He brought down 2 cars. My salesman was Douglass Keeler. A very nice guy and I’m sure a good dad. We made a deal without much haggle. I wanted more and I got it for my trade. All the staff at Joe Machens were very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed my time wit Douglass. He didn’t pressure me. The sales manager was also nice and helpful. Lots of nice people there. I would recommend Joe Machens if you’re looking for a vehicle ! More
