I was looking to trade in my truck that I had previously bought at Joe Machens (Columbia) for a lower mileage and more reliable vehicle, though I had only purchased it less than a year ago. I was contacted by Doug Keeler about a 2015 F-150 I had noticed online, and he was quick and professional about setting up a time to drive the truck the same day. With Doug's excellent hospitality and honest help, I fell in love with the truck. The entire process took longer than expected (unlimited ICEE's helped) but Doug kept me entertained and actually asked my fiancé about our future goals in life, which was a breath of fresh air and made us feel less like another sale. We will be back in a few months to buy my fiancé's car, and plan to work with Doug again. Thanks Doug for everything! More

My car had broken down out of town on a Sunday coming back from a funeral and had to be towed back to Jefferson City. After having to walk the 6 miles to work in the cold on Monday and learning how much it would cost to fix my car I decided to buy a new one, but had only previously bought cars from friends of the family. My sales person was Douglas Keeler and I would recommend him to anyone. Even though I was naïve about the car buying experience and obviously pretty desperate to buy a car, he never tried to push a car on me or rush me into a decision. I told him my price range that I was comfortable with and he only showed me cars within that price range. Even though the car I bought still needed some work done, he was able to figure out a way I could have the car for a couple days so I wouldn't have to keep walking until the work could be completed. Douglas was very professional throughout the entire process, didn't try to rush it, and answered all my questions. Jamie Wilson was my finance person and he was very helpful about the whole process. He helped me set up a loan as well as what I needed to trade in my old car. He made the entire process very easy and stress free. Doug Mullenax and Daniel were the ones that worked on my car to get everything fixed after I bought it (only needed a door handle replaced). The day after I got the car though I noticed some small spots of oil after driving away from a parking spot. They looked at the car again and figured out the oil filter was bad. They redid the entire oil change for free and I haven't had a problem since with anything leaking. I am very happy with the 2008 Hyundai Accent that I purchased and will definitely recommend anyone even considering buying a car to look here first. I will be coming back the next time I need to buy a car as well. More
