If you are looking for any vehicle, new or used, and want the best possible buying experience look no further. Doug is the most professional, hassle free, honest, and fun guy to work with. He listened to what I needed and wanted, and helped guide me and my family into the best possible vehicle I could ask for, to include giving me the best rate around. After a few test drives of several vehicles, we found the one we wanted. As I am currently in the military, and am gone from home on a regular basis I didn't have time to go in person and talk numbers and price... I trust Doug so much, we worked out price, financing and rate over the phone! [Which I normally don't recommend nor would ever do] I must hand it to him and the staff behind the scenes for having me in and out in a timely manner that worked with my schedule after hours, paperwork done in literally 5 min, [including warrenty] , thanks Mike, [again over the phone] all at an unbelievable price. Must give thanks to Tom Stegman as well for putting up with my frugalness. I might also add that Doug takes the time to not just talk shop and truly cares about his customers as 6 months prior, he worked with me when I was ready to pull the trigger on a car, we found one, I test drove one for a whole weekend was ready to buy and a day before I was going to purchase, life happened.. i had some family, medical issues amd timing is wrong. Doug was understanding, rather than blow me off because I didn't buy, he actually checked up on my family and I later that week. What an all around good guy and phenomenal person. Again, if your looking for a vehicle, and want the best possible man and buying experience, call Doug! More

They also were able to finance the car within my desired budget. These guys take very seriously the concept of pleasing the customer and proving a service to them.
