I have never bought from a dealership and have never had a car payment, so I was basically clueless, but he answered my questions and was so helpful throughout the entire process. He was willing to go the extra mile every time I took step into the dealership so I was able to walk away with what I was wanting and needing. I asked questions and he gave me honest answers, even if the answer wasn't what I had wanted to hear. He listens attentively to what you are looking for and he gives solid recommendations that are suitable for you. He clearly is knowledgeable and passionate in what he does and you can see that as he is helping you. Machens is so lucky to have Flex because he sure is one of the most down to earth, authentic guys you will ever come across! I highly recommend paying him a visit if you're looking to purchase a vehicle because he will not disappoint! More

I did the whole transaction via phone and email, and it was a smooth, easy process. Douglas Keeler (salesman) is very straightforward in his process, more so than any auto sales professional I’ve ever dealt with. We had a price worked out on the truck I was buying before he even asked me about a trade-in. This is very rare, as most salesmen I’ve dealt with like to get out the 4-square sheet and manipulate the numbers (and the shopper) to get what THEY want. I highly recommend Machens JC...small-town feel with with big-dealer selection and prices. More
