We did inform them we were checking another source and were looking for best deal. Both companies responded promptly, however Machens offer, on similar priced SUV's, was $4000 higher than the other. To make a long story short the two companies ended up with less than $500 difference in price. Interesting to note is that Machens eventually came down about $5000 and The other about $1000. As a former customer we expected better of Machens. We eventually bought from them because they had the car we wanted. On a positive note our salesman was knowledgeable and eventually got the price right. Have always liked their service. More

Got my Wifes Jeep of her Dreams So Doug has had to deal with me and my family on several occasions. Im sure this has been a very trying and exhausting experience. My wife was moments away from buying a brand new Mustang. But was not certain. Doug had her step back, and really decide on what she has always wanted. She has always wanted a Jeep.
