This experience was good . First time Don was my adviser and he kept me informed although it took over a week for techs to figure out the issue. Previous experience were very . Previous experience were very bad, so would not recommend, but I have the extended warranty so feel locked in. As long as I receive service as Don provided. I am very unhappy with the finance gentlemen who sold me the extended warranty. It was my fault for not reading every word. But 3 times he assured me this was a Bill Utter Warranty not something through an insurance company. That it would cover everything that the factory warranty covered throughout the warranty period plus some. Should have known better, but because I have bought every car from Dole Chaffin in the past decades(note we are not related) I placed blind faith in the finance guy that sold me on this. I am very disappointed in his misrepresentation. But I understand a verbal conversation is he said he said and so live and learn. None the less I will not trust a Bill Utter employee again. More
