At first I was afraid they would wait until the last hour to work on my car since it's still under warranty and the dealership wouldn't profit from it. Sacramento Nissan is one Busy place! Overall the experience with the service and parts department is pretty good. Only one time I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for ten minutes, then was told to called back in fifteen. Owning a business myself, I would never tell a customer to call back in fifteen minutes. I will say the service writers are very nice, and Mike Bessone is a great shuttle driver. Ask him about Formula 1, He is very knowledgeable. I have also worked with the parts department, and they too were very knowledgeable and friendly. More

Joseph Sandridge is the man! My Maxima got a flat tire yesterday afternoon. I had purchased tires from Joey a while back and he hooked me up with 2 year road hazard protection, so he was able to replace t yesterday afternoon. He had it done the same day and was able to get my oil changed quickly as well! More
