Scheduled 40k service , which I had forgotten was not included in my service agreement, and a tire replacement for 4 and possibly all 4 tires. Scheduled the appointment for a Saturday morning. I was told the tires were in stock and confirmed so prior to the appointment . Arrived and Drew was awesome. Tires were not in stock so I opted to do just the service. Cost was high. Drew kindly called to let us know that the tire devices came so we just changed the one tire we had to repair. He did what he could to discount the price for everything. Opted not to to the other three tires or brakes because of price. More
