I started as a Wellesley VW customer when I moved to the area in 2019. At that time I was a VW customer. I have found the service center to be knowledgeable and fair priced. That was with my preowned 2014 V area in 2019. At that time I was a VW customer. I have found the service center to be knowledgeable and fair priced. That was with my preowned 2014 VW Passat. After 10 years with the Passat I traded up to a Jetta. The team in VW sales were great with me. I found a Jetta that checked all my boxes. I continue to be a VW Wellesley service customer. More

My service was easy to schedule and my car was delivered when promised. I especially appreciate the shuttle service that Wellesley VW provides. Service department actually answered the phone (rather than screening me through computer-controlled voice mail) and was responsive to me questions and needs.
