Wellesley Volkswagen stands out from most dealers in the area. Karl assisted me in getting my ID.4 issues resolved. He has great recommendations, and many, for places to eat in the area. It seemed his food knowledge and “good-eats” were unlike anyone’s I had ever met before. Shuttle Driver, Jeffrey, was beyond jolly to a point where is was almost worrysome but I appreciate his high-spirits. The whole team really takes care of you & makes you feel at home. One of the technicians even had a disco-ball hanging from his box & seemed to be having a good time making crow noises. The vibes were great! I’ll be back for sure! More

Unprofessional, unhelpful, misleading. Went in with a perfectly working car, left with error codes not cleared and a hefty bill. The reason for which we went in, to test emission standards Went in with a perfectly working car, left with error codes not cleared and a hefty bill. The reason for which we went in, to test emission standards, was not done. Instead, they left customer waiting for 4 hours without any solutions, added error codes that were never present prior to service, and went through personal belongings in the trunk of the car. The only solution offered: “Pay a few thousand dollars more to determine the specific issue.” So 4 hours of supposed labor and testing were insufficient! Unacceptable. Not recommended. More
