They didn't deliver the as per the agreement. It was to have paint protection and pulse brakes and did not. They didn't know these items had not been completed. They said the problem was because they had to get the car from another dealer. we don't understand that excuse as they received the car on Monday am and we picked it up on Wednesday pm. and we had to wait 2 hrs past our appt time to receive the car. Also, survey asks us to rate James Moore, no idea who that is. Our salesman was Mitch More
