And now it need I enjoyed working with Steven . We purchased our Lexus one year ago. We needed to replace the air conditioning radiator for $1400. . And now it needs new front tires for $1000 . We have only put 10k miles on the car. It’s be an expensive vehicle so far, I am thinking of getting rid of it before something else goes wrong. One other unbelievable expense was the dealership charged us $100 to put air/nitrogen in the front tire the day we purchased the car. That surprise me! I’m wondering how any customer would feel about paying $100 for 5 psi of air/nitrogen in a tire? I like the dealership and it’s people but stupid little nickel/dime stuff can hurt the internet ratings now a days. More

Very efficient friendly and well prepared visit. In an out! My older Lexus broke down about 20 miles South of Lexus of Melbourne. I called and asked if I could be towed to service. The receptionist got me to the right person Duane Labeur! He got my car in quickly and also gave me a courtesy car because it would be faster than me getting one from a Rental company. Car was needing Alternator, however Service found that i needed recall work on my airbags and parts would take some time. I then reached out to Jim (Sales manager) and he got me a sales consultant Micheal Green whom worked up numbers on a trade in and a pre-owned newer Lexus on the lot. I returned the courtesy Car and ended up purchasing the newer Convertable. I was very impressed with Sales & Service and Juan Illera in Finance. My family will be using this location for other purchases in the future and all my service. Wonderful experience. More
