I got 4-5 text messages and maybe 2-3 emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Day after (I even reached out to Owner Loyalty Manager regarding the 2 hours-never heard back) I get emails and texts saying I missed my appointment and to call to reschedule.

Over those 18 years, many of the faces have changed, but I like that there have been many of the same faces for years. I have worked with Duke Huffman, Janet Hanson, Danny Harris, and AJ (sorry don't remember last name) and most recently Quintin Neal for the last 3 visits, a new face, but a very professional young man.
