Service Dept. people very friendly. Took almost 2 hours to put 1 tire on for which I had a 7 a.m. appointment. I hunted down service rep to check on status about 1 people very friendly. Took almost 2 hours to put 1 tire on for which I had a 7 a.m. appointment. I hunted down service rep to check on status about 1.5 hours in. I got 4-5 text messages and maybe 2-3 emails reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Day after (I even reached out to Owner Loyalty Manager regarding the 2 hours-never heard back) I get emails and texts saying I missed my appointment and to call to reschedule. More

This is my second Nissan the first was bought at this dealership, the second was not, however, I have continued to come to this dealership for the last 18 years. It is conveniently located, but even if i dealership, the second was not, however, I have continued to come to this dealership for the last 18 years. It is conveniently located, but even if it wasn't I would still be coming to this dealership. In those 18 years of service, there have only been a couple of issues, but they were resolved. Over those 18 years, many of the faces have changed, but I like that there have been many of the same faces for years. I have worked with Duke Huffman, Janet Hanson, Danny Harris, and AJ (sorry don't remember last name) and most recently Quintin Neal for the last 3 visits, a new face, but a very professional young man.
