It is conveniently located, but even if it wasn't I would still be coming to this dealership. In those 18 years of service, there have only been a couple of issues, but they were resolved. Over those 18 years, many of the faces have changed, but I like that there have been many of the same faces for years. I have worked with Duke Huffman, Janet Hanson, Danny Harris, and AJ (sorry don't remember last name) and most recently Quintin Neal for the last 3 visits, a new face, but a very professional young man.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change.
Oil change was done in a timely manner and also a tire rotation.
When I picked the vehicle up I noticed it was running differently and didn't sound

When I picked the vehicle up I noticed it was running differently and didn't sound right. Took the vehicle back and they had the vehicle for 2 days. Told me they had run diagnostics. Had several people look at it and nobody could find the problem.
I then took the vehicle to a independent mechanic and he drove it and within 30 minutes found that they had knocked the air cleaner box off of the engine and the engine was not getting the proper air therefore not running properly.
Just wondering how many people didn't check the air cleaner box at the dealership?
