He had the car washed, full of gas, and sitting out front of the dealership. We took it for a test drive, went in and he had the offer for our car already for us to look at. It was a very fair offer-higher than what I had thought would be offered-but what I was hoping would be offered. Because we had forgotten to bring something, we could not finalize the deal that day. I signed the sheet saying that this was the price we would pay. We went home and the next day-Mathew's day off-he agreed to come in and go through the final paperwork with us. Mathew was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We wrote the check, gave him the keys to our old car. The 3 of us went out to the new car. The wife and I got in, and Mathew proceeded to go through all the buttons, bells, and whistles that the car was equipped with. He asked if we had an questions. He also stated that if we had questions in the future, to please do not hesitate to call him. He was available if he was needed. Again thank you Mathew Longtine. The next time we need a car, we will DEFINITELY come to see you.
