Overall: When I bought a used VW I was treated better than at this dealer; very disappointed. Service was poor. We were not even offered water. At 9:30pm they turned off lights in the building and had u than at this dealer; very disappointed. Service was poor. We were not even offered water. At 9:30pm they turned off lights in the building and had us waiting 15 mins outside for our new car to be cleaned, Dealers fees: absurd and unexplainable. We ended up with a back and forth for up to 90 mins. We got the car we wanted but wish the experience was different. More
