Great Experience I went into Cassens after researching Jeep Cherokees. Holly already had the particular model I wanted waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Sh I went into Cassens after researching Jeep Cherokees. Holly already had the particular model I wanted waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features and answered all my questions. She has helped my father purchase two cars from Cassens as well and will certainly be who I will go to for anything I need in the future. Financing was quick and easy. Dustin was fantastic as well. I called to see if the Kia was still available and explained to my Sales Consultant, Holly, that my car had been wrecked and I would try and find a ri I called to see if the Kia was still available and explained to my Sales Consultant, Holly, that my car had been wrecked and I would try and find a ride to Cassens that day. She offered to come pick me up and was at my house (across town) in 20 minutes. Holly was very easy going and didn't try and 'hassle' me to buy the car, and was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.
