From the moment I walked in the door, I knew Audi Dallas was different. Dusty Craig welcomed me and asked if I would like him to help me. I did and he followed my lead without any pressure. I described what I was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. It all seemed too easy and it was just that easy. I’ll recommend Audi Dallas every chance I get. This is my second Audi through this dealership and if it's possible the experience only continues to exceed my expectations. Let's be honest car shopping is exhausting and a long process. Dusty did an excellent job supporting my questions and his interpersonal connection with people is wonderful, great addition to the team! I was able to see my last salesperson Michael and catch up and make some new connections like Brett - who has been with you for 15 years, amazing. Jordan in service - my guy! - also stopped by and everything was nothing short of spending time with "family". Your dealership is amazing, your employees are amazing and Audi cars are just the best! Fantastic Dealership with friendly staff. We looked at same vehicle a couple of times before purchasing. Nobody got frustrated or annoyed. Dusty and Jeff were great to work with!! I purchased an Audi E-Tron from Audi Dallas in March 2021. The experience was stellar on all levels. I have purchased 5 BMW's over the years, and the purchase of the Audi from Audi Dallas, surpassed my 2021. The experience was stellar on all levels. I have purchased 5 BMW's over the years, and the purchase of the Audi from Audi Dallas, surpassed my buying experiences with BMW. The salesman I worked with, Dusty Craig was helpful in every way. Steve Shelley educated me on the move to an electric vehicle. Brett Huneycutt-Sales Mgr and Ricardo Viveros-Finance Mgr also assisted were critical in my decision to move to Audi. Subsequently the group has followed up with me on my purchase and been available after the sale with support. The car is great, but the selling experience has sold me on the Audi Experience and I expect to be a loyal customer of the Audi Brand and the Audi Dallas group for years to come. I cannot recommend the above group any higher and hope anyone looking for a truly pleasant experience purchasing an Audi will give them a chance. I also received a gift in the mail from them today thanking me for my purchase. If you don't get this level of support and appreciation, you are at the wrong dealer. More
