I finally called THEM, and after waiting over 15 minutes, I had to drive my other car to the dealership to make contact with someone in the service department. At first, the service people could not find the paperwork for the Durango....eventually the paperwork was found. Because I had driven another car, I had to drive back home and wait for the shuttle service. This is not the first time that I have been less than satisfied with their service. More

We keep returning there primarily because of the quality of the cars themselves and the wonderful service we've received by Dwayne and others through the years. And in buying the new car last week, just as always, everyone we encounter is pleasant, caring and understanding of any concerns or problems, and they don't try and sway you into doing or buying something that you didn't already have in mind. Dan was especially helpful this time in explaining the new technology on the Charger. After driving it home, I didn't have too much to do to get it all set to drive beyond programming the presets for the radio! I definitely plan on continuing to tell everyone these are the best cars and the best dealership I've found. More
