Very disappointing. This truck was purchased new from this dealership by my neighbor and I bought it from my neighbor. It has something like 67,000 miles on it when I go This truck was purchased new from this dealership by my neighbor and I bought it from my neighbor. It has something like 67,000 miles on it when I got it. It was not long after, the check engine light came on so took it to Auto Zone to see what code(s) it was throwing (p19 and P21). Also, the fuel gauge stopped working. They said a wire fell off the fuel pump. So they fixed that for $900. Service rep said that might fix it. Drove it home and check engine light came on again. Called Boucher and they said bring it in. This time they said it was the variable valve timing system (I already had Auto Zone tell me that the first time). Service rep said they didn’t want to just start putting it parts to see what it was. She said the tech spent 6 hours diagnosing the issue but it would cost $6,000 to fix it and the warranty died at 62,900 miles (it had 69,000 on it at This point). They would not contact GM as that was my problem. Rather than going through and correcting the easy fixes, they started from the worst possible issues and replaced everything that it could possibly be. Was it actually $6,000 of work and parts? I seriously doubt it because the trust factor at this point was totally gone. I contacted GM customer service twice now and all I’ve heard back is crickets. I will continue to contact them to see if GM will do anything. I’ve been a GM guy all of my life but this experience has been extremely disappointing but one things for sure, I will never do business with this dealership ever again. More

Sales process was seem less as both sales staff did an excellent job at working with me through the process. The vehicle Was in immaculate condition on delivery.
