The staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they said it would take 2 hours, and it took 2 hours. I also asked them to go out of their way, (applying some anti seize to the Most importantly, they said it would take 2 hours, and it took 2 hours. (Background: Jetta SE at 10k oil change, under service agreement). The place is alright to spend time in, and they've got free coffee. If you _have_ to go to a garage you could do much worse. More
