Gina was great on the phone getting us information on pricing and setting us up to come in for a test drive when our repair bill from service was too steep. That was the end of our good experience. Sales pricing and setting us up to come in for a test drive when our repair bill from service was too steep. That was the end of our good experience. Salesperson appeared completely disinterested. He was clueless in providing any details of the process of trading in our VW. We purchased a vehicle and were told it’d be all set to go two days later. No orientation to the vehicle or its features. That Friday afternoon none of the registration paperwork was completed. Told to come back Monday. Same thing…except salesperson didn’t seem to even recognize us or know what we were talking about. Kept being told to speak to our insurance company which we had done the day of the test drive (5 days earlier). The dealer never sent the paperwork to them. Next day (6 days after purchase) spoke with Gina on the phone again who followed up immediately with us, called back right away with clear instructions when everything was done two hours later. Complete lack of communication and clarity except for Gina. Unfortunately dealer lost a customer who had purchased 3 vehicles there. Never again. More
