I can not even put into words how happy I am every time my husband and I have walked into Ferman of New Port Richey. We have bought four cars here and could not be more happy! Today's experience proved to us how much Jospeh, Dylan, and Scott have become part of our family, they greet you by name. They make you feel so welcome! We are so excited to see Jospeh in financing now and watching Scott help him grow into that position made it even better, the laughs we shared tonight are going down in the books. Dylan went above and beyond to help us get the right deal on our new car. His knowledge, the way he talks to you, and how professional he is says a lot! We did not have to wait long, our paperwork began the minute we arrived. We are so blessed to have worked with all three of them! These men deserve more praise than I could even give them! Very friendly and accommodating. Delivery detail was less than satisfactory. Staff used way too much interior protectant/shine on the floor mats.
