Great buying experience Dylan Jones at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills did a wonderful job in helping me to get the car I wanted. Even though he works at Mercedes, I was buyi Dylan Jones at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills did a wonderful job in helping me to get the car I wanted. Even though he works at Mercedes, I was buying a Toyota, and he took the time to research cars online, and call the manager at Toyota and also work with the finance rep, Stephanie Thornton to get me the best possible price. Dylan and Stephanie were able to work out a great deal for the car I really wanted. Also Ryan Wehler, the salesperson at Toyota who delivered my vehicle, was very nice, professional and helpful. He took me on a test drive and explained all the new features that were not available in my previous car. He was great to work with. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I walked into MB of Owings Mills without an appointment coming straight from a bad experience at an Audi dealership across the street.so I already was I walked into MB of Owings Mills without an appointment coming straight from a bad experience at an Audi dealership across the street.so I already was in a bad mood. Didn't take long for Dylan to turn that around - he was knowledgeable, honest and a delightful person. Dylan, Robb and Brett made the magic happen. They got me in the car I wanted at the price I needed. We had some bumps along the process (due to lack of inventory) but they quickly addressed those issues and found me the car I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership - really will never go anywhere else and I am pretty hard to impress! More
