I was busy that day, and he followed up with me a couple of days after that. I finally made it to the dealership where he greeted me with a friendly smile and warm personality. He did exactly what he said he would do -- get me the car of my dreams. The entire staff was so nice and professional. Everyone was very informative throughout the entire process. One of the worst experiences of my car buying life! If I could rate them 0, I would. Unprofessional on every level. They won't return phone calls, emails, they are cowardly. They sold us a car that had service lights going on before my husband left the lot. They used the excuse that the engine had been powerwashed and that was the problem. Well, get it home to Michigan & the lights are still on. We were told to take the vehicle to a Volvo dealer and have the codes read, We did just that and we even emailed the codes to Hillary. After many phone calls from my husband and the dealer here, still no response. We don't have our plate, registration that we paid for and it's been almost two months. The radio had a CD stuck in it and the salesman Dylan assured us that they were sending us a new radio....no radio ever sent. Buyer beware!!!!! More

For this new car, I had a thousand different picky questions during the buying process. Everyone I spoke with - my salesman Dylan Jones, sales manager Jim Albrecht - were not only patient and informative, but actively sought to ensure my concerns were met, following up with me via email, phone, text. It made me feel incredibly comfortable because I knew those guys worked really hard to make me happy. I won't even talk about the GREAT deal I got - I got the EXACT car I wanted at an incredible price. When the car was delivered, the MBOM "TEAM" - sales, finance, and even parts and service, met with me to make sure everything was in place (mbrace setup, Bluetooth). The car was spotless with a full tank of gas, and I've been loving it ever since!! Love my new car! The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago and I remember it being a stressful experience… Due to a recent accident, I was forced to get a new car… The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago and I remember it being a stressful experience… Due to a recent accident, I was forced to get a new car…I was dreading going through the process of finding the car I want - at the right price - without being pressured for add-ons. My sister had previously purchased a Mercedes at a good price from this dealership. Although I wanted a Lexus (sorry Mercedes lovers) she told me to contact Dylan to see if he could help. Sure enough, within the week he found me the exact car I wanted at better prices than the cars I found online. Dylan was excellent and dedicated, using my preference of texting pictures and stats of possible cars for purchase. I ended up buying a practically new “used” car with all the features I wanted below my price range. I basically got a Lexus RX350 for the price of a RAV4. To sweeten the deal, he found me great financing options (that were not with Mercedes). In addition, there was NO PRESSURE in buying extended warranties, extra clear coats of paint, etc. It was just one question, “would you like warranty?” I didn't realize buying a car could be so easy. Overall I had a great experience with the dealership and Dylan. More
