Dylan was great to work with. Easiest car buy I ever did. The price was right on the new vehicle whereas other dealers would not give a set/known discount. The offer on my trade in was also good. i spent three months shopping for this car, also looked at infiniti, vw, audi, nissan, cadillac, even gmc and chevrolet, i was determined to try to buy american but the mercedes easily trumped anything i l at infiniti, vw, audi, nissan, cadillac, even gmc and chevrolet, i was determined to try to buy american but the mercedes easily trumped anything i looked at. i also recieved the best trade in offer for my vehicles, i liked dylan immediately and was so impressed with the vehicle when i test drove it that i forgot to haggle with dylan about the price. i was totally satisfied with my entire experience and i will be back. russ More

None of the sales employee explained to us that the car we are buying for my wife is Diesel! We were looking for bigger car to replace her E350 for the kids. We never thought to buy a Diesel car and we nev we are buying for my wife is Diesel! We were looking for bigger car to replace her E350 for the kids. We never thought to buy a Diesel car and we never had one. She tested drive the Honda minivan and was not comfrotable with it. The dealer at Merceds presented the R class and since I had one before my wife thought it is better. None of us knew it is Diesel and my wife has no clue about the difference with her previous car. None in the dealer went through with her regarding this R class features and in fact someone from the dealership just dropped the car to our house and left. It had no sticker and nothing on the outside to indicate it is Diesel. As a result for her first tank fill she used gas instead of Diesl (the cap indicates Diesel but she, again with her lack of knowledge, was not aware of the difference)which was a major problem. When the car was towed to the nearest dealer, they requested $1900. I called R&H and had the car towed to their location thinking they will do the repair for free. No, they asked for $12,000!! I towed the car back to initial authorized dealer and the repair was done for $1895. It is a month since we bought the car and the second car key has not been delivered. By the way, I also had another car lease for my self at the same dealer at the time (a month ago) So far, my plate sticker has not arrived despite paying for it twice (once to the MVA, once to the dealer) Bad experience! More

I purchased a 2012 E Class on 7/3/12 and took delivery on 7/5/12.I have been a customer since 2008. This was my fist time having contact with Ms. Likisha Pearmon-Jones. She was simply outstanding and is very knowledgeable. Her warm and friendly personality is outstanding. I first met Dylan Jones in 2010 when I purchased a 2011 CLS. On 6/30/12, I was on the new car lot looking at the E Class when Dylan ( Sales Mgr )approached me and I was amazed that he still remembered my full name after a two year gap. Both in 2010 and 2012, Dylan made it happen. As long as I am driving a Benz,THIS IS MY DEALERSHIP. My father has been a loyal customer since 1983 and he recommeded the dealership to me. So, my advise would be listen to your parents. More

Working with Likisha,Dylan,& Sam has always been a great experience! I always feel like I am amongst friends at "Happy Hour"! They are a great team!
