Dylan was very knowledgeable of what was on the lot to choose from and helped me locate a truck that met my needs and really liked without trying to pressure me or oversale a truck I didn’t need. Trading one ford explorer for another one I had a ford explorer that didn't have a lot of the "extras" I wanted and I found one at Five Star Ford that has everything and more than I need. Dylan Maples was my salesperson and he went over everything with me, answered all my questions. He took time to set my phone up for me before I left, the traffic was getting bad at that time and I wouldn't have been able to worry about that while I was driving. The car has some many extras I didn't want to touch of the buttons until I got home, I was afraid I might open the lift in the back. More
