Worst experience ever. This dealership sold me a vehicle that had issues from day one. I alerted my sales guy as well as the service manager. After weeks of run around, lie This dealership sold me a vehicle that had issues from day one. I alerted my sales guy as well as the service manager. After weeks of run around, lies, excuses we agreed to unwind the deal and I’d get my trade in back. The day of, GM Dave Hefko threw a huge fit, was screaming and yelling, calling me names and refused to return the vehicle. This dealership robbed me. He later refused to honor my warranty, my pre paid oil changes and refused to address any of the vehicles issues. BEWARE and think twice. More

I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team. Thanks Hudson Ford!! More

I want to like Hudson Ford. I really do. It would be so convenient to go here. I received a quote online for a part ($159) and service ($192). I couldn't find them on the Ford A I really do. It would be so convenient to go here. I received a quote online for a part ($159) and service ($192). I couldn't find them on the Ford Accessories site though. So, instead I called them directly and ordered the part and scheduled the service. The day of service, they wanted to charge the same for the part ($159), but $535.85 + shop fees for the service. How is that much of a difference in price even legitimate?? It would have been almost 3 times the cost! I brought this to their attention and the response was, "That's the price". Well, I guess I know better now. I ended up just rejecting the quote and I'm gong to go through the accessories site. Will try to get booked to a closer enough shop in Minnesota. More
