Hudson Ford is the best! Melissa, my sales person was great. She was not pushy, and answered all my questions. Jaycee in service is super helpful as well. Having a helpful service dept is very important to me- whenever I have had issues, they have been helpful and willing to solve the issue promptly! More

Worst experience ever. This dealership sold me a vehicle that had issues from day one. I alerted my sales guy as well as the service manager. After weeks of run around, lie This dealership sold me a vehicle that had issues from day one. I alerted my sales guy as well as the service manager. After weeks of run around, lies, excuses we agreed to unwind the deal and I’d get my trade in back. The day of, GM Dave Hefko threw a huge fit, was screaming and yelling, calling me names and refused to return the vehicle. This dealership robbed me. He later refused to honor my warranty, my pre paid oil changes and refused to address any of the vehicles issues. BEWARE and think twice. More
