When we walked in we were greeted by Tom, who happened to be our sales person. We were late upon arrival but that didn’t seem to be an issue or major concern. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and in no time we were on our test drive. Although it was a used car it felt like new, our salesman JJ was knowledgeable, not too high energy and that made us feel we were on our test drive. The waiting area was well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Takes the pain out of having to kill time while you’re car is getting serviced. We get the feeling that the people at Preston don’t just want to sell you a car (at a great price of course), they want to help you take care of it and make the whole process less intimidating.
