Jake and Demetrius were super helpful and got me everything I wanted and needed in my new Ford Bronco! I will say do not ever, I mean EVER take your vehicles to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to them because they will tell you it will be ready in 1 week but instead that one week turns into 6 months. It’s better to trash your vehicle than to take it to them. They will also steal your money without any repairs then tell you we still need to repair more things and charge you more. I have paid 19 thousand dollars for my Ford 550 to get repaired and yet the truck still had the same issues, now they are telling me the turbo is leaking and I have to pay another $6000 for that. So please do not waste your time and money with them. More

I was disappointed with the lack of communication on the repair of my vehicle. I was not made aware that my vehicle would possibly need to stay at the dealership for three days to fix a leaky sunroof. I ha repair of my vehicle. I was not made aware that my vehicle would possibly need to stay at the dealership for three days to fix a leaky sunroof. I had an appointment at 7:45 in the morning and at 2 PM.and my car was never even brought back. The excuse was they had a lot of appointments and were down employee employees. I felt my 745 appointment should’ve been honored and my car should’ve been brought in first thing in the morning. I wound up picking up my car without getting service done and have chosen to go elsewhere. More
