As we waited and the car’s delivery date changed several times, Jim kept us informed and was straightforward about what the dealership could and could not control. We found Jim to be direct, sensitive to our concerns and very pleasant to deal with. When it came to helping us get comfortable with our new car, he was a patient teacher and clearly understood the bells and whistles. We look forward to working with Jim again in a year or two when we plan to replace our ten year old Lexus 350. More
