I've not encountered one person who wasn't professional and went BEYOND expectations. It's hard to get this level of service for a car as old as mine: 2004, yet I was treated as if I were driving a 2024 to and went BEYOND expectations. It's hard to get this level of service for a car as old as mine: 2004, yet I was treated as if I were driving a 2024 top of the line model. They keep Clyde running smoothly from Maine to Florida yearly! I'd like to thank each and everyone of them for their exemplary service! All the way from the guy who made sure my coffee was fresh to the service guy to the ticket counter, my experience was and is ALWAYS stellar. Which is why I return there even though I travel and live everywhere! Keep shining folks at KOONS FORD Annapolis!!! More

Service as a whole has always been horible at best for me. The failure in communication is the key to its abysmal service. Great service from beginning to end. My car was rear ended and I needed body work done. The insurance company was pushing me to use their people to fix my car. They planted seeds of doubt for the work that would be done outside of the shop that they recommended. I decided to take it to the dealer and from the moment I called Koons Ford of Annapolis through to pick up of my vehicle, the service provided was great! The work done on the body of my car was exceptional! The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by your team is truly commendable. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. THANK YOU! More
