Jacob Caldwell was very impressive. He made sure you were not sitting long waiting for someone. Sophiah Grant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was really happy with her service. I loved how professional they were. Sophia was great. I came in because she called about me trading my Colorado. However when I got there, she had to go to a meeting and could not help me. Another sales person helped me but did not put the e trading my Colorado. However when I got there, she had to go to a meeting and could not help me. Another sales person helped me but did not put the effort Sophia did. I came with a pre approval and this person didn't even run my credit to try to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I left. Sophia called again to follow up. I told her what happened. She continued to work with me and I ended up getting a vehicle I wanted. Sophia's great. More
