Sales department was excellent! Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and the Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and then charged an additional fee as the service writer did not include all fees into my quote. They did not honor the quote and charged me the additional fees. Also requested repair of a part to interior of car that was not addressed and is still not fixed. I do not have time to keep driving over an hour to have repairs done at this particular dealership. More

This was the oddest negotiation I have ever experienced, I didn't know what I was paying for the car until the finance part started. I was waiting for the sales manager to come back with final numbers, whe I didn't know what I was paying for the car until the finance part started. I was waiting for the sales manager to come back with final numbers, when the sales man said ok this the finance person, I said, what are the final numbers, the sales manager came out saying, the monthly payment amount with an attitude, walked away. I do not negotiate by monthly payments, I want to know what I'm paying. Might go to a different BMW dealer when it's time for a new car. More
