I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! The scheduling for the detailing service was not done correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get schedul correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour.
