I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! The scheduling for the detailing service was not done correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get schedul correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. I know you don't typically sell VW's, but this is a BMW seller, so luxury is implied and we did not get that type of service. More
