that lasted weeks for my pilot job. Called their finance dept to see when first payment was due. Left a message, no response back. Called the store m
that lasted weeks for my pilot job. Called their finance dept to see when first payment was due. Left a message, no response back. Called the store manager a few days later with the same question, left a message, no response back. I had to go to the bmw finance site and figured it out on my own.
They couldn’t be bothered to attach the front license plate holder for WA. I was told I could make an appointment and drive 12 hours one way to get it done.

I was quoted a price at drop off and then charged an additional fee as the service writer did not include all fees into my quote. They did not honor the quote and charged me the additional fees. Also requested repair of a part to interior of car that was not addressed and is still not fixed. I do not have time to keep driving over an hour to have repairs done at this particular dealership.
