Immediately after I bought the car was sent out on a trip that lasted weeks for my pilot job. Called their finance dept to see when first payment was due. Left a message, no response back. Called the store manager a few days later with the same question, left a message, no response back. I had to go to the bmw finance site and figured it out on my own. They couldn’t be bothered to attach the front license plate holder for WA. I was told I could make an appointment and drive 12 hours one way to get it done. More
