Absolutely terrible. Had all 4rotors and pads replaced last Thursday. Had to have it told back to Jim Ellis GMC because one of them locked up over the weekend. The new $7k+ transmission is slipping. Doesn’t take a brain scientist or tech to feel it - everyone that rides in the Yukon feels it. Tech says he can’t find anything. BS! On arrival I advised the sign in person that I needed the routine maintenance but that I did not need the tires rotated. I also told him specifically that I needed him to check the tire pressure sensors. Whe routine maintenance but that I did not need the tires rotated. I also told him specifically that I needed him to check the tire pressure sensors. When I got the car back the tires had been rotated and they had not checked the tire pressure sensors. It was written down on the form but completely ignored. More

I was a little disappointed in the customer service, it took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indica took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indicator is on after I requested an oil change...they forgot to reset ..now I hVe to take it back to the dealership for them to reset. More

It took from 1:39 to 7:00 to replace a battery and change the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. I think after 2 hours management should have stepped up and allowed me to be on my the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. I think after 2 hours management should have stepped up and allowed me to be on my way. In June, it took over 3 hours for simple oil change with an appointment. This time it took over 5 hours. My suggestion is that you need to update your equipment and train or hire more capable technicians. I dread my next oil change, and it is highly unlikely that I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

I was taking my car in to get a recall fixed they were very quick about getting the parts and then getting me in and out the same day within about 2 hours.
