Over $100 for an oil change. Did not even include a tire rotation. Are you out of your frickin minds?? Never again will I use any of your facilities for sales or service. Anna in the call center made a scheduling mistake and never bothered to apologize for her mistake. Instead she apologized for a miscommunication which is far from an apology of a mistake. That is the sho never bothered to apologize for her mistake. Instead she apologized for a miscommunication which is far from an apology of a mistake. That is the short version. My vehicle had been there since Friday and I received no update until Monday even though I was told the part would be in on Saturday. Kristin and the service manager attempted to resolve the issue with their apologies which was nice but a simple apology from Anna in regards to her mistake would have sufficed but apparently that was a weeks worth of unnecessary back and forth with no resolution. My sales rep Richard, however is amazing! If I ever have a service issue, I know he will help me with it so I don’t have to deal with the lies and foolery that Anna put me through. More
