Subaru Crosstrek Gary Thomsen at Quality Subaru made our experience excellent. He took the time to go over many details with us. The next morning I had an email from them and a call from Kristen N. to go over what I was looking for. I scheduled an appointment to come in and immediately received an email recapping our conversation and vehicle I would be test driving. Before my appointment I received an email and text reminder. Ralph was my Sales Associate and was an extreme delight to work with. I was treated with kindness and respect and never felt pressured. I had visited 2 other dealers before Quality Subaru and I wished I had made them my first stop. Every step of the way Ralph was there to answer all of my questions and exemplified superior customer service. When it came time for me to pick up my car, Ralph and Mark showed me every possible button on the car and what it does, as well as going through the manual with me. When it came time for financing Ed was very thorough as well. They really care about their customers and I would recommend them to anyone. More

Just bought a 2015 Crosstrek I had done my research before arriving at Quality Subaru and was looking forward to test driving the 2015 Crosstrek with five speed manual transmissio I had done my research before arriving at Quality Subaru and was looking forward to test driving the 2015 Crosstrek with five speed manual transmission. Kristen Ntoukiantz, the Internet Sales Manager, was very helpful in our phone conversations and when I arrived for my test drive she introduced me to Miroslaw Mazek, a Sales Consultant. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with a friendly and courteous staff whose knowledge and understanding of what I wanted made the shopping and ultimately buying experience unrushed and responsive to my wishes. I enjoyed the Crosstrek test drive, felt that Miroslaw "Mike" explained the details of the car and its performance in an excellent and professional manner and when I did decide to purchase the brand new (only 17 miles on the odometer!) Crosstrek received a fair price. Ed Chen helped complete the financial aspects of the sale in a friendly manner offering options in a pleasant, not pushy, professional way. The purchase of the new car and my trade-in was handled smoothly and within two hours I was driving my new Crosstrek home. Two days later, I received a phone call from Miroslaw making sure that I was enjoying my new car. I was very pleased with the positive, knowledgeable staff whom I encountered and look forward to a long relationship with a Subaru dealership of such high quality (sorry, couldn't avoid the pun). The helpfullness of Gary Thomsen in zeroxing and explaining to me the different choices, specifications, and options in the car helped me make my choice in getting the Forrester much easier for me. The details with which Chris Carey went over with me while explaining to me all the buttons knobs and pairing of the bluetooth was great. This is my 5th lease and at no time prior to this did anyone ever explain how to do things in the car, the other dealers just handed me my paperwork and keys and that was that. Ed Chen was also instrumental in my decision to return back to subaru and purchase the maintenance plan. I am very pleased with the way these fellows treated me and the service they provided. I love the new car. More

Putting a little awkwardness aside A bit of awkwardness attended a few of our experiences at Quality as we shopped for our new Legacy. We started with one salesman & ended with another, A bit of awkwardness attended a few of our experiences at Quality as we shopped for our new Legacy. We started with one salesman & ended with another, but it was ok: they agreed to share us. Despite a bit of disappointment initially we became comfortable with our salesperson, Mr. Soll, He was a gentleman. In fact, we were taken aback when we were given quite a fair deal on the car & our trade-in. The price they agreed to charge us was reasonable, & the same for our trade. No bargaining needed; we didn't know what to do. That impression didn't last forever. When we came in to pick the car up, we got the classic car salesman in the personage of Mr. Chen, who eventually sold us an extended warranty with acceptable terms, but only after a process. All this aside: we are looking forward to our new car, which seems almost magically engineered. More

Test drove a Forester and Outback, and Chris even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of properly. When we finally picked up out Outback, Chris made sure he walked me through ever nook of the vehicle. When the traction control button was not activating, the crew from the service department took it into the shop and was working in less than 5 minutes....was an issue when the starter was installed (non-factory). Ed was great as well, going over every inch of our warranty and contracts making sure we understood each paragraph before we signed. While we waited our son was playing in the "kids Room" and the staff even took him to get a balloon...a highlight of any childs day. 100% going to purchase our second car from Quality when ready! More

Buying used car I saw the Impreza STI on autotrader and I immediately called Quality Subaru about it. I couldn't make it down right away to see it so they allowed me I saw the Impreza STI on autotrader and I immediately called Quality Subaru about it. I couldn't make it down right away to see it so they allowed me to put money down over the phone so I could hold it. Other people were interested in the car but they held it for me till I could come down and look at it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and stayed after closing hours to finish the paperwork so I could drive off with the car that day. It was a great experience buying a car from them. More

Mark Soll, Mike Ward, and Ed Chen were extremely helpful. In fact, the car was delivered a week earlier than expected, and Mark Soll came in on his day off so that we could pick up the car in good weather rather than bad. We are very pleased with the good work done by the people at Quality Subaru. More
