My husband and I decided to visit two Subaru dealerships, Quality and Premier Subaru. We had previously leased a car from Premier and felt that we would probably get a car from Premier but that it was smart Quality and Premier Subaru. We had previously leased a car from Premier and felt that we would probably get a car from Premier but that it was smart to shop a bit. We first went to Quality, they were friendly, informative, knew their inventory, gave us a great price on a car and were totally understanding when we said we had one more dealership to visit before making a decision. We then went to Premier and found a similar car within $400.00 of the sticker price of Quality. Premier salesperson was not knowledgable and was not sure of the inventory. She met with the manager and then gave us a monthly price that was 100.00 more than the Quality quote. When we spoke about this difference she met with her manager again and then explained that there were two ways to price and that the customer who purchased online got a cheaper price then the customer who walked in. They then gave us the "online" price which was still much higher then Quality. The Manager then explained that Quality probably had a lot of hidden fees that they had not mentioned and that we would not find out about until it was time to sign the paperwork. Needless to say we left and went back to Quality for our purchase. Premier failed in every respect when it came to customer service, knowledge and professional behavior. The experience we had at Quality Subaru was by far the best we have ever had at any dealership because of Gary, Ed and the rest of the staff we met that day. There were no hidden costs and we left with a vehicle and experience that we were very happy with. We will be repeat customers at Quality! More

The service was very good. Mr. Miroslaw was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the various options available etc. We took two test drives and bought the Outback on the second trip o knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the various options available etc. We took two test drives and bought the Outback on the second trip out. The price was in the expected range (from Edmunds). As a final incentive, Mike through in the rear view camera by itself without the entire $1600 package it was part off. When we picked up the car, the service again was very good. More

I bought an almost new Forester and the experience couldn't have been better. My salesperson, Matt, was great. He wasn't pushy. I felt like he truly wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose rega couldn't have been better. My salesperson, Matt, was great. He wasn't pushy. I felt like he truly wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose regardless of what or where I purchased. I got a great deal. When I went back to pick up the car, Matt spent quite a bit of time going over the car with me as I was not familiar with where everything was on the dash. He even took the time to program my Bluetooth! He was patient and friendly the entire time. I also met Ed Chen who went over all the paperwork. He offered me the extended warranty, explaining exactly what was covered. He, too, didn't push. It was my decision. I love me new Subaru and am extremely happy with my decision to purchase it from Quality Subaru. More

this is my 5th subaru from Quality-owning a total of 9.i have been dealing with them from when they first opened & have been very satisfied with the service from all the depts.on my latest visit i basicall have been dealing with them from when they first opened & have been very satisfied with the service from all the depts.on my latest visit i basically just went to look @ a few cars i had picked out on the internet--wound up buying one on the spot.the salesperson,Gary,read me pretty well & showed me what was the best choice in cars for me.i had it in two days.there was one small glitch which was remedied almost immediately.Paul from service was very helpful also-as usual.i have always recommended Quality & i will continue to do so. More

Each employee I talked to was helpful and very courteous. I felt like I received excellent service and am only wondering how long it will be before we get rid of hubby's car and buy another Subaru from Quali I felt like I received excellent service and am only wondering how long it will be before we get rid of hubby's car and buy another Subaru from Quality. I think he has driven my Impreza almost as much as I have. I spent alot of time researching my purchase. Spoke to dealerships in Berlin, Vernon, Hartford, Springfield, Canton, Norwalk ect.. no one could offer better quality or price Quality in Wallingford. More

We bought a 2009 Forrester new from Quality and the guys were great, the service department was great as well. My wife loved the car. It was totaled in a collision in October, 2012 and because of the safety were great, the service department was great as well. My wife loved the car. It was totaled in a collision in October, 2012 and because of the safety features in the car my wife was not injured, but the car was wrecked. We went back to Quality and bought a 2013 Crosstrek. Once again it was a great experience with Joe and Gary. The Crosstrek was smaller than the Forrester but a nice little car. But after the accident, my wife just couldn't get comfortable with the smaller car. So in March of 2013 we went back to Quality Subaru to look at the 2014 Forrester. We didn't actually think we could get the car with our limited budget but Matt, Ed, Mike and Joe all work together to put something together that would work for all of us. They didn't want my wife to be stuck with a car she wasn't happy with. That's the kind of people they are. If Subaru were to start making trucks we would never have to go to another dealer again, just Quality Subaru! More

We purchased a 2013 Outback and this is our 3rd car we have bought from Quality Subaru in the best several years. From soup to nuts this dealer is by far the best Subaru dealer around. We started the purchasing process by emailing Staci on-line. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Basically the whole transaction took place thru e-mail and via phone with both Ralph and Staci. Went to the dealer to test drive the Outback and seal the deal with Ralph. Ralph is always a pleasure to deal with. Love purchasing the car this way no bull and straight forward. More
