Ed was outstanding in his knowledge and answered every question I had. Also a great communicator email and txt on updates at every point. There was a sight issue on the brochure with installation of cu question I had. Also a great communicator email and txt on updates at every point. Great bunch of guys to work with. I traveled from Kansas City to pick up my car. Ed had the car washed and waiting for me when I arrived. I have purchased 11 vehicles during the course of my life. I find Ed Gerardo as a salesman to be the best I have worked with so far. Courteous, knowledgeable, listened , spent time with my wife explaini life. I find Ed Gerardo as a salesman to be the best I have worked with so far. Courteous, knowledgeable, listened , spent time with my wife explaining all the details of the car during test drive ,gave us info we needed and did not try to rush us into a deal. He has made a couple of follow up calls to make sure everything was OK. This was a first for me and much appreciated. More

After purchasing many new cars, must admit my experience with Dean Subaru was the best. Upon meeting with Ed Gerardo, and prior to our test drive, Ed explained and demonstrated the major features and benefi with Dean Subaru was the best. Upon meeting with Ed Gerardo, and prior to our test drive, Ed explained and demonstrated the major features and benefits of the Forester we subsequently purchased. This has never happened in my experience; most dealerships throw you the keys and you are on your own. Ed knows his Subarus . Rather than high pressure, Ed listened, responded in a professional advisory manner. Dean Team Subaru is to commended for their ability to employ quality sales staff. The negotiation process went well and final price was reasonable. More
