ON GOING REWORK AND NO END CALL MY LAST WORDS WERE TO MR. ED ROBERTS TELLING HIM TO TAKE A DAY OR 2 BUT" JUST HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. I TOLD ED ABOUT THE BUG SHIELD THAT WAS MY LAST WORDS WERE TO MR. ED ROBERTS TELLING HIM TO TAKE A DAY OR 2 BUT" JUST HAVE SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME. I TOLD ED ABOUT THE BUG SHIELD THAT WAS 4"' OFF CENTER AND REINSTALLED TWICE ALSO THE 1'' 1/2 HOLE IN MY REAR WHEEL WELL FROM THE TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED BY BOZRAH FORD. AFTER OUR TALK I DID ASK ED AGAIN ABOUT SOME OTHER WORK '' WRONG THING' LOL , ED TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS AND GET BACK TO ME WITH A PRICE, AND WHY ALL THE REWORK, THAT' WAS 2 WEEKS AGO.NOW THE LAST TIME I HAD THE VEHICLE IN FOR RE-SERVICE FOR THE SAME JOB DID WRONG THE FIRST TIME,THAT DAY I SENT A TEXT TO HR. COLBY 1/2 WAY THROUGH THE WORK SAYING DON'T WASH CAR BECAUSE THE BUG SHIELD CLIPS WILL COME OFF, HE REPLIED OKAY,YOU KNOW HE NEVER DID QUESTION IT, OR SAY A THING TO ME. Outstanding dealership OEM tires premature tread loss. Talked to service dept supervisor. He called tire mfg, resolved problem. Went in next day and left with new tires and OEM tires premature tread loss. Talked to service dept supervisor. He called tire mfg, resolved problem.
