My car was extra dirty with moving a few dogs the past few days before service. I had the drivers mat cleaned and ready to install and left in the passenger seat. I paid for 80K miles service which is to include: Computer Scan Health Check AC cabin filter front, R&R Check adjusts all tire pressures check installation of driver's side floor mat (which was left in the passenger seat as newly cleaned and ready for install) I don't know why they did not install it? Inspect brake linings drums pads discs inspect engine air filters inspect undercarriage Lexus mutli-point vehicle inspection oem oil & filter change rotate tires rest mmaintenance schedle reminder wash & vaccum (I dont think so as last time my care was there was the best wash since i been going to Lexus n miami since 2006... INSTALL VALVOLINE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID??!! - THIS IS WHAT BOTHERS ME AND IF THEY DID THAT - WHY WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORKED BUT NO FLUID CAME OUT?! - IS THAT NOT PART OF A HEALTH CHECK ALSO IF YOU REPLACE FLUID CHECK IT WORKS...I dont know if the lines are blocked but was told they didnt hear the pump working and would need a new bottle...this was on pick up as the car was dusty and when i went to clean windshield with the wipers and fluid nothing came out...Ed and Bobby are both the BEST. Bobby was not there when i picked up my car as his day off. Ed was and he is the one who got someone to check the wiper fluid issue and came up with the "not hearing the pump" and needs to be replaced. WHY would that not show up in the health check or even the wiper fluid refill & replacement of driver's side floormat. I do not except a detail clean but at least a clean. I had a passenger from a treatment facility with me on pick up day and he was a handful, rude and very impatient, embarrassed with his behavior and had the responsibility of him for the day or I would have stayed and figured the wiper fluid issue out...I have never had a problem with LNM...but was so disappointed with all and with my decision to quickly drop in and pick up with needy patient was a bad decision on my part. More
